Q: Are there any Golf courses in the PCB area?
A: In the November 2002 Golf Digest, Panama City was ranked the 3rd best metropolitan area in the United States for public golf, ahead of all other Florida communities. There are about a dozen courses in the area to suit varying ability and pocket books. Among which are the famous Hombre Golf Club and Lagoon Legend.

Q: Are there any public tennis courts nearby?
A: Frank K Brown Memorial Park, a five minute drive away, has free tennis courts with flood lights, open from dawn to 11PM. |

A: Although PCB enjoys the mild Winters and hot Summers typical of the North Gulf Coast; It is a true year round resort attracting many Summer visitors from throughout the North American continent and Europe. January is the coolest month with average high/low 62/44 ºF (16/7 ºC), August being the warmest at 88/75 ºF (31/24 ºC)

Q:How is the fishing?
A: Fishing from shore or one of several fishing piers will often provide good results depending on the time of year. In addition there are many local deep sea fishing charters in the Beach.

A: Although our condo is located on one of the quietest parts of the beach, there are many nearby attractions. In or nearby the beach is: Gulf World, Ocean Opry Show, Ebro Greyhound Park, Museum of Man and the Sea, the Panama City Art District, St Andrews State Park, the Marina Civic Center and the Martin theatre, Restaurants, and Shopping. Plus numerous events throughout the year.

A: With over 27 miles of sugary white sand along the Emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico, Panama City Beach is the ultimate vacation destination. Q: How is the condo equipped?
A: Our condo is air-conditioned, with a queen size bed and cable TV and a pull-out queen bed in the living room. The fully equipped kitchen has a microwave, stove, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, toaster-oven, etc.
